Cancellations and Changes to Service

Please provide 24 hours advance notice when canceling or changing your pet care need reservation(s). 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by Prancing Paws and Pet Care Services due to emergency situations such as inclement weather, power outage, illness, etc.

 

Hours of operation:

Normal business hours for grooming:  

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 8am to 5pm

• Closed on Sunday

• Saturday appointments are limited to groomer's availability

• Under certain circumstances, arrangements can be made to drop off your pet as early as 7am.

 

Payment for Services

Payment is due upon completion of grooming session.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash or check only.

NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.

Checks returned for any reason will result in a $35 return check fee.

 

Staff Safety

For the safety of your pet and service provider, please inform the groomer of any behavioral issues or trigger points that may result in a biting incident. A muzzle may need to be used on very aggressive dogs during the grooming process.
